Machine-Free Bread
I made some totally machine-free bread this afternoon, not even a mixer. This is one of the loaves. Not bad for a first shot at it in years!
I haven't included anything to show the scale because, well, actually it's pretty puny. A glorified bun really. (Although, to be fair, the other loaf was about a third larger.)
Three of us finished off the better loaf over dinner before I had a chance to get a picture.
